HOW TO USE BUTTERBUR ROOT
Herbal Tea (deconcoction): 1-2 teaspoons of roots placed in 500ml of water, bring to the boil and let simmer for 10-15 minutes. Strain. Drink over the course of the day.
Tincture: 1 -2 ml, three times a day.
